Miscellaneous: Bernard beer is produced naturally and unpasteurized, by a traditional preservation method - separate from the main fermentation - fermentation in a beer cellar. Since the year 1991, when the annual output was roughly 26,000 hl, this figure more than quadrupled in the next 6 years.
