Podcasting is a way of reaching listeners through the internet and is used by many radio stations broadcasting on the internet, including Radio Prague. In your computer you can put together these broadcasts however you want and listen to them either directly through the computer or download them onto an MP3 player. This means you can listen to them anywhere and anytime. The advantage of podcasting is that the files are downloaded into your computer automatically without you having to be there, and you do not need a rapid internet connection.
