Please note that from Monday, September 18th, 2000, Radio Prague launches its new schedule on the BBC's FM frequencies in the Czech Republic, courtesy of the BBC World Service. The schedule is as follows:
9:45 - 10:00 a.m. - a bulletin of the latest news followed by a feature.
9:30 - 10:00 p.m. - evening programme featuring the latest news, our current affairs magazine 'NewsView' and a feature.
There will no longer be a lunchtime programme. We are happy to announce, however, that from September 18th Radio Prague will be broadcast nationwide in most major towns and cities in the Czech Republic on the BBC's FM frequencies (see http://www.bbc.co.uk/czech/freq.shtml for frequency information).
You can also listen to us on shortwave, by satellite, or with RealPlayer and MP3 at our Website.
Finally, you can also hear a short summary of news and current affairs every weekday on Czech Radio's Regina station at 11pm, tune in to 92.6 or 100.7 FM.
Please inform all your friends and colleagues. We also welcome any feedback--positive or negative--about our programmes. Please send any comments to cr@radio.cz.
Regards
